Welcome to our farm which has been in the Ashford family since 1958, where we naturally rear 100% Organic livestock.

Our Organic Farm nestles on the southern slopes of Dartmoor, with all of our Beef and Lamb naturally reared to British Soil Association standards, which means there are no artificial fertilisers or chemicals used on our land, and no genetically modified or chemically extracted ingredients used in our feed. Our animals enjoy the highest welfare standards, and for those of you familiar with Dartmoor, you will understand when we tell you that they are all genuinely free-range!

Since we moved to Organic farming 10 years ago, we have been awarded our organic status every year, having passed the stringent inspections with flying colours.

Dartmoor has long been recognised as an area of outstanding natural beauty, and is also an area that has been carefully maintained and managed for the production and rearing of healthy livestock that's bred for its quality and flavour. Our Organic farming ensures that not only do we produce high quality and flavoursome meat, but that by keeping everything as natural as we can, without any chemical interference, we maintain the natural characteristics of Dartmoor.

We are able to supply you with the highest quality, organically reared, Beef and Lamb straight from our farm. Our prices are comparable with organic meat from your high street shops, but not only are we 100% British Organic, we will also arrange to deliver straight to your door.

We welcome visitors to our farm and are happy to host guided tours for prospective customers, as well as community groups – we can even offer accommodation.
